This comic is based on a conversation I had with a coworker earlier this week. The conversation started as a discussion about politicians and global warming, but that quickly became boring. So instead, the conversation turned to politicians and Bigfoot.

I’ve read that fruits and vegetables that you’ve grown yourself, and that meat you’ve killed yourself, taste better than what you buy at the store. I don’t know if that’s true or not, because I can’t get anything to grown in my garden except rose bushes and weeds, and after one night of thorn-and-dandelion casserole, I knew I’d have to stick to the local grocery store for all my eating needs.



Ant the Impaler

Every summer, ants find new ways into my house, and every summer I’m reduced to chemical warfare. While spraying ant killer under the kitchen sink a few weeks ago, I though, “Wouldn’t it be nice if I had some way to scare the ants away, without having to spray chemicals all over my house?” One thing led to another, and this comic was born.



Job Security

When in doubt, start your own company. If you’re of a particularly violent mindset, such as Winslow, perhaps becoming a contractor for the U.S. Department of Defense is the job for you. After all “security contractor” is just another name for “mercenary” in these more polite, politically correct times.
