03272015 Hamburger Seeds

———–

The common hamburger bush (Hamburguesis vulgaris) is not so common these days. Ever since the rise of the fast food hamburger chain restaurant, the plant has been reduced to only a few dozen living samples. This has forced these restaurants to use cows instead of bushes. And one day, the cow will become extinct, and the restaurants will have to find something else to use. Probably people. This is progress.

This one’s courtesy of my 6-year-old son, who refers to sesame seeds as hamburger seeds.

Andrew Kaye (known in some circles as AK) is the creator of Ben & Winslow and other questionable comics, many of which can be found in his deviantART gallery and his Tumblr. He’s also the editor-in-chief of this magazine. Duh?
